Rose Bay was a television format creation company run by Mat Steiner and Simon Usiskin. Its TV shows were produced and broadcast in 15 countries worldwide and the company secured production, pilot and development agreements with the likes of Celador Productions/ITV1, BBC, Lion TV/Sky TV, TWI/IMG, Wark Clements, Fox, Zenith Entertainment, ALP Productions, Zig-Zag Productions, DLT Entertainment, Distraction Formats and Sony Pictures Entertainment/Columbia Tristar.
